Making an offer on a HUD Home
Offers are made on HUD Homes by locating the property on Hud Home Store.
To place a bid on a HUD Home, the Real Estate Broker must first acquire an NAID number. Licensed Real Estate Brokers may obtain an NAID Number by visiting Hud Hume Store and completing the application process.
Once an NAID Number has been assigned the Broker and the Real Estate Agents, in the Brokers employ, may register to place bids on HUD homes using the NAID number and providing their Real Estate License Number and the Employing Brokers EIN. Here is the link to register as a Bidder on the HUDHomestore: Click Here
Now, that you are registered as a Bidder, you may log on to HUD Homestore, locate the property, then place your BID!
In order to find instructions on how to place a bid on the HUD Homestore website please visit http://blbresources.com/AZForms.html. This is the forms page for Arizona HUD Homes managed by BLB Resources.
